I was really impressed yesterday when I got your email (below), literally minutes after I placed my order online, and was going to email and say thanks but I ran out of time. Well imagine my surprise when my dog Zoe got her hoodie first thing this morning!!

I just wanted to say thankyou so much for the sensational service - it's really appreciated and it's not something that happens very often which makes it even more fantastic. I saw your stall at GDO over the weekend and it was the highlight of my day! I got one of your hoodies and then had buyers remorse that I didn't get a second one, which is why I got online as soon as I got back to Hawkes Bay.

Just wanted to say thank you - wow the goods arrived in the mail today!!!!
They are just wonderful. The snow bunny suit is a little firm around the girth - but we'll manage. The fleece is lovely and fits well - he loves the scarf! The hoody is just so cool, it fits him beautifully and looks absolutely awesome! He just loves it. He's had it on all afternoon, I think I'll have trouble getting him to take it off for bed.If you do more of those in other colours we'll be in for some more.

We have a wee girl Lowchen coming in a couple of weeks - so will have to order her some girlie goods, to keep up with her big brother.
