Delivery Information

Furr Kids is all about customer satisfaction, with regards to the products we offer and the service.

• How long will it take to receive my order from Furr Kids?

Your order will be dispatched within 2 business days of payment being received. Your order should take 2-5 days to be couriered to you providing stock is available at the time of ordering, we will inform you immediately of any delays. The entire time between your payment being received and your order being delivered should take no longer than 7 days. In most cases you will receive your order within 2-3 days. 

• What if my order from Furr Kids does not arrive?

Furr Kids orders are always dispatched using reputable couriers with strict delivery policies and schedules. Unfortunately things do go missing even with couriers. Should you find this happening with your order please rest assured, we have a solution to your problem. Simply log on to Furr Kids and send us an email with your order number and we will immediately follow up with the courier involved. 

It is Furr Kids' commitment to you to resolve any issues you have with the delivery or your order.

Delivery Costs

All orders are sent via courier unless otherwise requested, we prefer not to send via post for reliability and trackability.  Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight and size of the items ordered.  We use courier satchels in most cases and try and keep shipping as cost effective as possible. Our delivery rates start as low as $3.00.

At Furr Kids we do not charge extra for rural delivery, however if you are on a rural delivery route please do include this with your delivery address details so we can place the appropriate tickets on the parcel to avoid delays and extra charges to us.

Signature Required: Most orders are sent without signature required, if you would specifically like your delivery to be signed for, please mention this in the comments section at checkout.
