Furr Kids is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us in original unused condition within 30 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method.
Need to return something:If you are not 100% happy with the product you ordered and would like to return it, you may do so provided the item is in original, unused condition with all sales tags still attached. Please email us prior to returning your item, so we can ensure we treat your return appropriately when it arrives. If you would like to change it for something else we can confirm if that product is in stock and if there would be any additional costs involved. Exchanges:We try our best to describe items and sizes as best as possible but sometimes things don't always work out. If you need to return something for a different size, please contact us as above prior to returning your item. There may be additional delivery costs. Returning a faulty item:Very rarely a product may develop a manufacturers fault, and we will do everything we can to resolve this situation. Please contact us as above prior to returning your item so we can help to resolve the issue. Sometimes the product chosen may have not been suitable for your pet and we can help to make sure you receive something that is.
