Need to return something?

We know that sometimes things aren’t always as you expected from the picture on your computer.  At Furr Kids we want you to be happy with your purchase, we want your dog and cat to love it too.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us in original unused condition within 30 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund your product purchase price using your original payment method.  Delivery costs are non refundable.

Please note, Furr Kids will not be held responsible for items lost that are sent back untracked.

OMG It’s broke!

Very rarely a product may develop a manufacturers fault or be damaged in transit.  We will do everything we can to resolve this situation.  Please contact us as above prior to returning your item so we can help to resolve the issue.
