Delivery and returns.

Orders are typical dispatched within 1-2 days of being received.  Our couriers collect Monday to Friday. 
    Delivery time guideline once dispatched:
    • Auckland: 1-2 working days.
    • Rest of the North Island: 2-3 working days.
    • South Island: up to 3 working days.

    Rural deliveries and larger items may take a little longer.

    Delivery costs (New Zealand)

    Auckland $6.00
    Rest of North Island $8.00
    Rest of North Island oversized $12.00
    South Island (large) $14.00

    We do not charge extra for rural delivery, however if you are on a rural delivery route please do include this with your delivery address details so we can place the appropriate tickets on the parcel to avoid delays.

      All orders are sent tracked via NZ Post tracked and non-signature.

        My order hasn't arrived.

        Please check the tracking number emailed to you to see if there are any delays.  If your order has not arrived within 14 days of it being shipped or you have any questions regarding delivery of your order please email us:

        For local orders customers must let us know within 21 days of dispatch of non-receipt. Otherwise it will be assumed goods have been received by the customer. 


        If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us in original, unused condition within 30 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund your product purchase price using your original payment method.  Delivery costs are non refundable.

        For all returned items:

        • a $10 repackaging and restocking fee applies to returned PupGo Pet Lawns as the need to be repackaged as their shipping box will be damaged.
        • Please email us prior to returning your item, so we can ensure we treat your return appropriately when it arrives.
        • If you need to make an exchange, contact us so we can confirm that product is in stock and available. Additional delivery fees may apply.

        Broken item

        Very rarely a product may be damaged in transit.  We will do everything we can to resolve this situation.  Please email us as above prior to returning your item so we can help to resolve the issue.
